home made herbal potions

Potion making is one of my favorite things to do. I love process from start to finish – foraging and/or sourcing the most fragrant, resinous, powerful herbs, processing them by hand, and watching for the color of the base (oil, syrup, broth) to change as the herbal constituents are pulled from the plant into the potion. It’s satisfying in an ancestral way! Custom blends are a service I offer to my 1:1 clients. For the wider community, I have signature potions available for purchase. oil blends

I craft herbal oil and beeswax blends using olive oil infused with foraged and ethically sourced herbs. My signature oils—muscle ease, with cottonwood buds, soothes muscular aches and pains, and nourish & glow, with calendula for daily skin care—bring nature’s support to your body. Custom blends can also be made just for you.

herbal syrups

bruha syrups are made using a gentle glycerin base, which is effective yet kinder on the body than alcohol. Made with foraged and ethically sourced herbs, my signature blends include the immunity tonic, featuring elderberry, ginger, and black pepper, designed to support immune wellness throughout cold & flu season. Custom blends can also be made just for you.

bone broths

bone broths are where the real bruha magic begins! I make them using high-quality chicken, beef, pork, or fish bones, slowly simmered for hours with carefully selected herbs. Perfect to sip, enjoy as a nourishing snack, or add to your cooking, they provide easily digestible protein while infusing everyday meals with a touch of herbal magic. Bone broths are available by request.

custom gift boxes

Bespoke herbal gift boxes are available by request, tailored to each recipient’s health and wellness goals. Each box can include a curated combination of oils, salves, and syrups, and for those local to Edinburgh, I can also include nourishing herbal broths. Thoughtful, personalized, and filled with natural care.
